Ran into a picture from a travel trip on the tram in Palm Springs. Still makes me think of the alternative ending/path. Always curious what would have been if we were both different back then. Just got to keep living my life and seeing where it takes me from day to day and not envisioning a 5 year plan.
Was watching this movie on sundance. The quote at the end by Russell Crowe was interesting. Not his, I guess more so his line. “Pleasure causes you to forget and pain cause you to hope, hope that this won’t last any longer.” Pessimistic as I re-read and write it out but a good line. It is good upon itself but I rather probably say, pleasure causes us to forget while pain makes us remember. Mine more dark and pessimistic cause there really is no hope to get to, it is all bleak. So I guess after writing my own words I rather go with the quote from tenderness cause there is a light and you are not trapped forever.
